We ship all products via UPS Ground Service from multiple distribution centers throughout the U.S. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and received within 2-3 business days. However, if items are not in stock within your immediate area additional shipping time may be required.
Products that exceed the UPS weight or size limit; such as Pool Heaters; will be shipped via Regular Freight. Freight companies are determined at the time of shipment. Normally the shipper will call you to arrange for delivery (making sure there will be some home and if a lift gate is required). Pool Filter Cartridges On Line will attempt to email you with the shipper information so that in the event they do not contact you, you can contact them.
If there is apparent freight damage upon delivery, you must contact UPS within 10 business days, DO NOT OPEN as a damaged inspection report must be completed by UPS. After the report has been completed, a credit or exchange will be issued. Shipping to PO, APO, FPO, or International.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO addresses or internationally; however, special situations may be accommodated by contacting us.
